Creating a successful lighting product is an intensive and technical process. For outdoor fittings in particular, the engineering and testing required to develop a robust and reliable product takes skill, equipment and dedication; placing an LED bulb in a metal tube will not suffice. The in-house design, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering teams at ARX ensure that ARX products maintain the highest quality.
CNC precision
The in-house machining capability at ARX allows for precision machining of lighting components to ensure the perfect fit and seal. Rapid iteration and prototyping at ARX also results in low time-to-market and creates opportunities for development and manufacture of customer-specified design ideas.
Photometry
To be serious about lighting means to be serious about light. Measuring the distribution and spectra of ARX lighting and custom products during development is essential to delivering ARX quality. ARX has been completing photometric testing in house since 2023 to maintain a strictly accurate and precise quality assurance pipeline.
